The Flash Back division of BIKE-UP CANADA INC. was founded over 35 years ago by Terry Smith, a retired RCMP officer, to provide runners, riders and walkers with the basic products they need to protect themselves whenever they venture near traffic after dark.

A separate web site www.safetyaftersunset.com helps people understand the importance of protecting themselves and their families when the sun goes down.

Currently, the web site is being amended to simplify selection and introduce novel ideas for promoting safety. So, please bear with us until it is finished. One new program being introduced combines community traffic safety education with fund raising.
